It's okay, rooms are clean

No late checkout possible.

the bed was very confortable

check in is only after 2pm

its feels like home, especially in rooms 115...so quiet, best place to take a rest

its using standard key (not card access door)

Swimmimg pool and the location were ok

Bathroom was a bit dirty

-About 800m walk to Sarinah shopping mall and the the "main" tourist street -Access to 2 pools/1 bubblepool -Amazing value for the price you pay -Room was nice

-Wifi was slow and went down a few times -Was soooo hard to find, this hotel is not called Reddorz but its Takes Hotel/Mansion -Takes hotel/mansion is 3 star, yet claims to be 4 star even tho its in the same building -Breakfast was not really worth 100k/pp -Facilities are a bit worn -The fridge was 1 degree colder than the room, going at max power

room is not bad compare with "promo" price.

through the booking i was asked to modify my credit card. so i did. and booking.com confirmed my reservation. but reddoorz just cancled my reservation. and hotel followed 100% of reddoorz not booking.com though therea are nothing wrong with my booking. they didnt try to solve reservation problem. night staff looks like im bothering him.. without anychoice, i had to checke in in regular price(maybe?). it was 3am.l please let u know that reddoorz is not care about booking.com's rule. so if ur booking has some trouble u should check in in regular price(doubled). and u will be forced to check out not solving the problem like my case. room was fine at the first time. but at early morning the islamic praying sound from outside is echoed in my room. and in the morning. i saw a big cockroach laying upsidedown at restroom.. location is hard to find. it is not called as "reddoorz@kebon sirih" but "takes mension." i asked to staff where the opended mart is, but he introduce the closed one. embrassed.

The location very nice not far from famouse,sarinah grand indonesia and tanah abang. But there is somthing lie about the pictures and values stars other branch picture different property this is reddoorz nof breakfast no swimming pool and not same room as pictures in booking. Com lier business

The hotel is located near a rotten and dirty river in a dark street without pedestrian way or very damaged. You should go througth race...wirh the cars. THE ROOM WAS REALLY DIRTY AND DAMAGED WITHOUT RENOVSTION. THE SHEETS WITH BLOOD, DIRTY,..The staff of takes and mansion who manage this part of hotel reddorz didnt want to support us, only say speak with reddorz ( which no answers anytime...). Finally the accept to change sheets but after try more than 5..all of them were dirty. In the morning the floor was full of water...from the fridge ( more than 1 cm ) No good for value, betther other option. The staff in the hotel is from takes and mansiom and this hltel seems to be similar similar because for reddorz they have 4 rooms but staff/service same..After 1 month traveling the worst place we stayed... NOT MORE WITH REDDORZ they dont answer.. Not give solitions..not support...but not control the hotel that offered..but the hotel dont want to be responsible. I have fotos if anyones wants...

Nice staff, location is very central. There is a pool on the rooftop which is good to cool down. AC worked good

Not really clean, especially bedsheet. Seems to be dirty in general.

It is quite in the centre. The size of the room is good.

The room is just bad, we slept with the rats and every morning the rats woke us up. The toilet is smelly. The pics of the room are far from reality. Thanks and I wish the hotel can make it better
